| Reservation – Camping: Reservation of space in the high season can only be made when ordering a packet tour, unless you bring your own tent. |
| Reservation – Rent of cabin or tent: Reservation cannot be less than one week |
| Reservation – Confirmation: When we have received your reservation we will send you a reservation confirmation and ferry ticket if ordered. It is your responsibility to control the reservation and ferry ticket and contact Aakirkeby Camping if something is wrong. |
| Reservation – Payment: Payment due is stated in the confirmation. The full amount of the reservation has to be paid. Normally payment is due 7 days after the confirmation has been sent. If we cannot see you payment we will contact you by mail, Have we not heard anything from you within 24 hours your reservation and ferry ticket will be cancelled. |
| Reservation –Cancellation: All cancellations has a fee of DKK 450,-
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: The deposit is returned except a fee.
Cancellation later than 30 days before arrival: In General, the value of the Ferry ticked cannot be returned. However, depending on the situation and days before arrival/departure, we may be able to change the ferry ticket against a fee and price
Cancellation later than 30 days before arrival: The deposit related to camping or rented item is returned in full, except the fee and only if we are able to re-sell the reserved.
Being late for the ferry: Ticket is not refundable |
